New Team Fitness Program for Fall 2009
We start our journey together - getting fit for the fall so we can be the strongest players and team we can be. Championships are won from the hard work done by every single person on the team - in the gym, at the track, and then on the field.
We are lucky to have someone volunteer who is passionate about fitness (and rugby) - Ben Green will be our new dedicated strength and conditioning resource for the NOVA women. Ben has played for NOVA men both in 15s and 7s for several seasons, and is a highly skilled trainer and fitness guru. He has put together an amazing off-season training program that works for all levels and is highly-specific to rugby.
Check out the new NOVA rugby workout blog.
